FIRE PUMPS There are five fire pumps located on Morrison Lake. See our Fire Pumps map here. Annual fees collected by the MLRA helps to maintain these fire pumps. The fire pumps are tested and winterized regularly by a handful of volunteers who reside on the lake.

AED (Automated External Defibrillator) Located at 2839 Southwood Road Unit 1 (Buschke Property). Approaching from the lake, you can find the AED mounted on the right side of the building, close to the gravel driveway.

DAYTIME BURNING Between April 1 and October 31 each year, open air burning is regulated by Burning Control By=law 2021-16. Daytime burning is not permitted. There are also size limits, clearance limits and fire control measures you must have in place as well as other provisions under the by-;aw which you must know if you decide to burn.
